This scene is alongside a rail trail from Paris to Cambridge Ontario. The floor of the bush on the west side of the trail is filled with these Trilliums.

Spring Has Sprung
One of the many daffodils gracing the front deck.
A thistle in a friends yard. Love the pollen spores on the petals waiting for the bees.
The Lilac bush is full this year. The air is filled with them as well.
Finally a nice weekend and a long weekend to boot. This is out new hanging plant gracing the side of our deck. We are heading out this week to get more and have them all around the deck.
I have no idea what type of flower this is but I know that I like it. This shot has to be one of my favourites.
I still like these flowers a lot even though I don't know what they are. This is shot a little further back, I changed the aperture and used the sun instead of a flash. A few adjustments in Lightroom3 but this is pretty much as shot.

Just Buds
I was at a friends yesterday and they have a large number of gardens around their home. I loved the vibrance of these colors. So much so that I have not made any adjustments or crops to this photo. Thought it might be a refreshing way to start the week in the dailies. Should be flower pictures every day this week.
Gotta love summer. The thistles are out in full bloom.
